Shin-Gyu Bae has built extensive expertise in the biotechnology field, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Ajou University and a Master's degree from KAIST.

He began his career as a senior researcher at Daesang Corporation, followed by roles in venture investment at Hanmi Science & Technology Investment (now Wonik Investment Partners).

He later co-founded Chemizon and served as Vice President of Business Development at Kainos Medicine before founding MDIMUNE in 2015, where he currently serves as CEO.

He has also contributed to the industry as the founding chairman of the Exosome Industry Council and continues to serve as a director in multiple bio-related organizations.
